When your client uses PadsPass, they can access the most up to date self guided expert and vet generated pet travel information for our current destinations available in the app.

The Digital Pet Passport
This is what your client uses
This is the customer facing app that:
- Stores a pet's health information
- Is where the pet parent uploads their veterinary health records for you to verify
- Once documents are verified by you, they can then plan their travel with full confidence using our travel planner knowing they have accurate, custom, and up to date information for travel
- Current destinations included in the Digital Pet Passport: US (lower 48), Puerto Rico, Canada, and Bermuda.
- For an upgrade to a higher service level called VIPP, clients can travel to further destinations. The PadsPass team can prep the health certificates for Government endorsement. Please reach out for the most current destinations available for VIPPs.

How accurate and up-to-date are the travel rules and requirements?
PadsPass tracks current airline and government regulations for each destination. You can trust that the guidance your clients receive reflects the latest legal and health requirements.
What if a pet’s records are incomplete or incorrect?
If a record is missing information or doesn’t meet requirements, PadsPass flags it for review. You can guide the pet parent to update the record before travel, helping prevent last-minute complications.
Does using PadsPass reduce liability for my clinic?
Yes. Your role is verification only — PadsPass puts the responsibility for travel compliance with the pet parent. You’re helping ensure accuracy, but you aren’t liable for travel outcomes.
Can PadsPass accommodate all types of pets and international destinations?
PadsPass supports a wide range of pets and international travel rules. Certain species or destinations may have specific restrictions, which the platform clearly highlights for the pet parent.
Can PadsPass generate a CVI (certificate of veterinary inspection) or a USDA Health Certificate?
