VIPP

For Very Important Pet Parents who already have a Digital Pet Passport and want premiere pet services.

$500/ per year add-on

VIPP plan includes

  • Add on to an existing Digital Pet Passport
  • Dedicated VIPP phone, email and live chat (including WhatsApp) for all support & trip inconveniences with our travel experts and veterinarians
  • Concierge onboarding/trip planning including back-up plans, booking veterinary appointments or coordinating with a pet sitter or boarding facilities
  • Unlock white-glove services including Health certificate services for travel between: US, Bermuda, Canada, Mexico, Portugal, France, Netherlands, Germany, and the UK (requires 2 weeks notice minimum)
  • First access to our new Digital Pet Passport features as they are added
