Important: PadsPass provides travel-compliance and documentation support only. Any veterinary teleadvice or nutrition guidance is provided by licensed professionals through your VIPP benefits and is separate from PadsPass’s travel-compliance tools.

Business hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Eastern Time (ET), excluding U.S. federal holidays.
