I accidentally recorded my pet’s passing, can I undo it?

How to Get This Fixed
Email our support team at support@padspass.com with the following information:
- Your account email address
- Your pet's name and Pet ID (if available)
- The approximate date and time you made the accidental recording
Subject line suggestion: "Urgent: Accidentally recorded pet passing - Need correction"
What Happens Next
- Our support team will respond within 24 hours (typically much faster)
- You'll receive a confirmation email once the correction is complete
- All associated records and status will be fully restored
