Can I Upgrade to the VIPP Plan for One Trip and Then Downgrade Back to the Free Pet ID Plan Later?
Yes, you can upgrade to the VIPP plan to help plan a single trip and enjoy access to our premium services for a full year.
Users may do this if they need a single relocation that is more cost effective, accurate and supportive than other similar consultant services.
The $500 VIPP fee is billed upfront. If you're considering moving from VIPP to the Free Pet ID plan, please reach out to our support team first to ensure you don’t lose access to any important features or your pet’s verified health records.
