Yes—sometimes. Before you submit this request, please use your Digital Pet Passport to confirm any other travel requirements for your trip (airline and destination rules, carrier requirements, and any required documentation). If those requirements aren’t met, we may not be able to proceed with adding your pet to the reservation.

After you submit the form, our team will review your details and follow up with next steps. When this request is possible, you’ll typically receive an update within 24 hours.
