My travel plans changed. Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes—you can cancel at any time so your subscription won’t renew for the next billing period.
Refund eligibility depends on your specific subscription and timing. PadsPass subscriptions are generally non-refundable, except where a limited refund window may apply for new subscribers as described in our Terms of Service.
Before cancelling, keep in mind:
- If you cancel and later decide to travel again, you may need to purchase a new subscription.
- Keeping your subscription active means you can access travel-planning support and features during your current subscription period (until the end of the billing cycle).
