How To Cancel Your Digital Pet Passport Subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time through the app.

Option 1: Cancel Through Your Account

  1. Log into your PadsPass mobile app
  2. Navigate to Account Settings from your profile menu
  3. Select "Subscription Management" or "Billing"
  4. Choose "Cancel Subscription" and follow the prompts
  5. Confirm your cancellation when prompted

Important Information

Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period. You'll continue to have full access to all Digital Pet Passport features during this time.
