How To Cancel Your Digital Pet Passport Subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time through the app.
Option 1: Cancel Through Your Account
- Log into your PadsPass mobile app
- Navigate to Account Settings from your profile menu
- Select "Subscription Management" or "Billing"
- Choose "Cancel Subscription" and follow the prompts
- Confirm your cancellation when prompted
