CVI
CVI stands for "Certificate of Veterinary Inspection"
A Certificate of Veterinary Inspection (CVI) is an official travel document that confirms an animal has been examined by licensed veterinarian and is healthy enough to travel under the applicable movement rules.
In many cases, people simply call this a veterinary health certificate or health certificate. They are often used interchangeably, and “CVI” is one of the most common formal names you will see on paperwork in the U.S.
