Offline Access in PadsPass
What you can (and can't) do in the app without an internet connection
Some PadsPass features are available with limited functionality when you don’t have internet access.
PadsPass may let you view information that was previously loaded on your device. Availability can vary based on what you accessed earlier and your device settings.
Features that may be available offline (if previously viewed/synced)
- View pet profiles
- View previously uploaded health records/documents
Features that require an internet connection
- Uploading or adding new health/travel documents
- Trip Planner (creating or updating trips, requirements, and checklists)
