Physical Document Copies

Whether you need physical copies depends on your origin and destination requirements.

While PadsPass lets you store digital versions of your pet’s health records and travel documents, some airlines, countries, and inspection points may still require physical (paper) copies at check-in, boarding, or arrival.

As a Digital Pet Passport subscriber, use the Trip Planner to help identify what’s typically required for your route. Even when digital copies are accepted, we recommend bringing physical copies as a backup.
