Expected time to onboard a new veterinary clinic

Once you've uploaded your first health records, if your veterinary practice isn't currently onboard with PadsPass to verify them we will work to add them.

This can happen same day as the document upload, or can take several days depending on the response time of the veterinary practice. 

You can help reduce the wait time by following up with your practice using the email template you received when we began the onboarding process.

In the meantime, you can still plan your pet travel but be aware some requirements may still show as non-compliant until the health documents are verified.
