How To Update Your Payment Method

For Digital Pet Passport Users:

If you subscribed through the App Store:

  • Open the App Store app on your iOS device
  • Tap your Apple ID at the top of the screen
  • Select "Subscriptions"
  • Find and tap on your PadsPass subscription
  • Select "Manage Payment Information" to update your payment method

If you subscribed through Google Play:

  • Open the Google Play Store app on your Android device
  • Tap your profile icon in the top right
  • Select "Payments & subscriptions" > "Subscriptions"
  • Find and tap on your PadsPass subscription
  • Select "Payment methods" to update your information

VIPP (Add-On Services):

To update your payment method for VIPP add-on services:

  • Please email our customer support team at support@padspass.com
  • Include your account information and specify that you need to update your payment method
  • Our support team will assist you with the process within 1 business day
