How To Update Your Payment Method
For Digital Pet Passport Users:
If you subscribed through the App Store:
- Open the App Store app on your iOS device
- Tap your Apple ID at the top of the screen
- Select "Subscriptions"
- Find and tap on your PadsPass subscription
- Select "Manage Payment Information" to update your payment method

If you subscribed through Google Play:
- Open the Google Play Store app on your Android device
- Tap your profile icon in the top right
- Select "Payments & subscriptions" > "Subscriptions"
- Find and tap on your PadsPass subscription
- Select "Payment methods" to update your information

VIPP (Add-On Services):
To update your payment method for VIPP add-on services:
- Please email our customer support team at support@padspass.com
- Include your account information and specify that you need to update your payment method
- Our support team will assist you with the process within 1 business day
