How far in advance can I request VIPP services?

Start early for the best availability — here's a timeline by service type

You can request VIPP services as early as the trip-planning stage. Starting early helps with availability and gives time for coordination.

Timing depends on the service and destination:

  • Trip planning
    • Peak travel periods: We recommend reaching out as soon as you have target travel dates.
    • Near-term departures: Availability may be limited. Please submit your request at least 4 weeks before departure when possible.
    • Typical planning window: 4–6 weeks often allows more routing and carrier options.
  • Health certificates
    • EU and UK: Please allow at least 4 weeks for first-time travelers when possible.
    • Other destinations: 2–4 weeks depending on destination requirements and whether this is a first-time trip.

Rush support may be possible, but it’s subject to availability and any required airline or regulatory timelines.
