How far in advance can I request VIPP services?

You can begin VIPP services as early as your trip planning starts. Starting early helps secure availability and streamline coordination.

Lead times depend on the service:

  • Trip planning
    • Peak travel periods: We can start planning now for busy times.
    • Near-term departures: Availability may be limited while we verify vaccine records and eligibility. Please submit at least 4 weeks in advance.
    • General recommendation: 4–6 weeks for optimal routing and carrier options.
  • Health certificates
    • EU and UK: Please allow at least 4 weeks for first-time travelers.
    • Other destinations: 2–4 weeks depending on local requirements and first-time status.

Rush support may be possible but is subject to availability and regulatory timelines.
