Why is my document not verified yet?
The document verification process typically takes about 1 week to complete under normal circumstances. Please note that during holiday periods, the verification process may take longer due to increased volume and reduced staffing.
The veterinary clinic that performed the treatment or vaccine must verify it. PadsPass is not responsible for delays in verification if they require more time to verify the records.
