We understand plans can change, and we want to make canceling as straightforward as possible.

How to cancel your PadsPass subscription

If you subscribed through the App Store (iOS)

Apple manages billing for App Store subscriptions. To cancel:

  1. Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad
  2. Tap your name (Apple ID)
  3. Tap Subscriptions
  4. Find PadsPass, then choose Cancel Subscription

You can also manage subscriptions from the App Store app (Profile → Subscriptions).

If you subscribed through Google Play (Android)

Google manages billing for Google Play subscriptions. To cancel:

  1. Open the Google Play Store
  2. Tap your profile icon
  3. Tap Payments & subscriptions
  4. Tap Subscriptions
  5. Find PadsPass, then choose Cancel subscription

If you subscribed on the web (or aren’t sure)

If you subscribed outside the App Store/Google Play, cancellation is typically available from your PadsPass account/billing settings. If you don’t see a clear option, contact support and we’ll help confirm where your subscription is billed and what steps apply.

Important information

  • Access until the end of the billing period: After you cancel, your subscription typically remains active until the end of your current billing cycle (the exact timing depends on the platform you subscribed through).
  • No further charges: Once the cancellation is processed by your billing platform, you will not be charged for the next renewal.
