How to Update Your Payment Method
Update billing in the App Store, Google Play, or Stripe
For Digital Pet Passport subscribers
If you subscribed through the Apple App Store (iOS)
Apple manages your subscription and payment method. To update your payment method:
- Open the App Store on your iPhone or iPad
- Tap your profile / Apple ID at the top (or go to your Apple ID settings)
- Go to Subscriptions
- Find PadsPass
- Update your payment method using the options shown

If you subscribed through Google Play (Android)
Google manages your subscription and payment method. To update your payment method:
- Open the Google Play Store app
- Tap your profile icon
- Go to Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions
- Find PadsPass
- Update your payment method using the options shown (wording may vary by device)

If you subscribed on the web (Stripe)
If you purchased your subscription through a secure Stripe checkout link, email support@padspass.com and our team will help you update your payment method.
VIPP add-on services
If you need to update the payment method for VIPP add-on services, please email support@padspass.com with:
- The email address on your PadsPass account
- A short note that you’d like to update your VIPP payment method
