How To Upgrade Your Account
Different Ways to Upgrade
There are two ways to upgrade to The Digital Pet Passport. Both options unlock the paid plan. Your pet profiles, records, and photos stay in your account.
Option 1: Upgrade in the PadsPass app
- Open the PadsPass app.
- Go to your account or settings.
- Select Upgrade to Digital Pet Passport.
- Enter your payment details and confirm your purchase.
Option 2: Purchase online (Stripe)
- Digital Pet Passport ($249.99/year): Purchase here
- Digital Pet Passport + VIPP ($749.98/year): Purchase here
Already a Digital Pet Passport subscriber?
If you are already on Digital Pet Passport and want to add VIPP, email support@padspass.com to request to upgrade for $500.
