My payment method didn’t work—will my subscription be canceled?

If a payment attempt is declined, your subscription may temporarily downgrade to the Free Pet ID plan until payment is successfully updated.

What to do next

  • Check your payment method (available funds, expiration date, billing ZIP/postal code, and any bank/credit card holds).
  • Update your payment information by emailing us at support@padspass.com.
  • Contact us within 5 business days so we can help you resolve the issue and restore your plan once payment is successfully processed.

Availability of paid features during a downgrade can vary while the payment issue is being resolved.
