Lost or No Access to Phone
Lost your phone? Sign in on another device and pick up where you left off
If you lose your phone (or don’t have access to it), your PadsPass account data is still saved securely in the cloud — you can sign in from another supported mobile device and continue where you left off.
What to do next
- Download the PadsPass app on your new device.
- Log in using the same email address you used for your PadsPass account.
