Log and verify your pet's microchip scan records in the app
A microchip scan in the PadsPass app is a record that a licensed veterinary professional scanned your pet’s existing microchip during an appointment.
You can add a microchip scan to your pet’s profile at any time:
- Unverified: Saved for your personal record keeping.
- Verified (when available with your plan and submission): Indicates the scan record you submitted was reviewed as part of travel-related verification for the Digital Pet Passport plan.
PadsPass helps you store and organize these records, but final travel requirements can vary by airline, destination, and authorities.
