PadsPass supports one microchip per profile — here's what to do if your pet has two

PadsPass currently supports one microchip number per pet profile.

If your pet has two different microchip numbers, email support@padspass.com and include:

  • Copies/photos of your pet’s microchip paperwork (for both numbers)
  • Any veterinary records that list both numbers

Our team will review and help you determine the best way to document both numbers for your travel plans.
