If your veterinary practice isn’t currently listed in the PadsPass app, you can still request verification by following these steps:
- Upload your pet’s records in the app. Our team will review the documents and start the verification request.
- To help avoid delays, let your veterinary practice know they may receive a verification request from PadsPass.
- Veterinary practices are verified before they’re added to the app to help protect data security and support record authenticity.
