We completely understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly! As per our Terms of Service, subscriptions are generally non-refundable except for our 7-day cooling-off period for new subscribers.

Before you decide to cancel, consider this: if you change your mind and want to travel later, you'll need to purchase a new subscription. Keeping your current subscription means no additional fees for travel support during your subscription period.
