When you might skip clinic selection
- Your clinic is not listed in PadsPass.
- You are adding older records and do not remember the clinic details.
- You just want to upload or enter records for your own organization.
How to add records without a clinic
- Open your pet profile.
- Choose Add health record.
- Continue without selecting a clinic.
- Add the record details or upload your document.
