Profile Changes and Updates

Why can't I change my profile or update my pet's profile?

Profile changes and updates cannot be made by you (or your pet). 

At PadsPass, we require all profile changes and updates to go through our team to ensure the security and integrity of our application. This helps us verify that all changes are legitimate, prevents unauthorized modifications, and maintains data accuracy.
