Your trip requirements may change after an app update when:

  • Our connection and transit-flight logic is improved (for example, we may identify a different layover scenario that affects your requirements).
  • Destination or regulatory data is updated.

What you should do

  • Re-check your full itinerary in the app, including the full timeline for your trip.
  • Confirm your travel dates, origin, destination, and any connections are entered correctly.

If the change seems wrong

Contact support and include:

  • Origin and destination
  • Any layovers
  • Your travel dates
  • What you saw before vs what you see now (screenshots help)
