Can I use PadsPass on more than one device?
Yes. You can sign in to your PadsPass account on more than one device using the same email and password.
If you lose your phone or switch devices, download the app on your new device and sign in again — your pet profiles and records will still be in your account.
This applies to all account types, including free accounts and Digital Pet Passport subscribers.
