We make compassionate exceptions to our usual non-refundable policy when a beloved pet passes away.

VIPP Cancellation After Pet Loss

For single-pet families: You can cancel your VIPP subscription and we'll provide a prorated refund for the time remaining on your subscription. We completely understand that without your furry family member, our services are no longer needed.

For families with multiple pets: We recommend keeping your VIPP subscription active for your remaining pets if you plan to travel. If you'd like, our team can help cancel any veterinary appointments or travel reservations we scheduled.
