Pet Travel Requirements

Add your pet's info, verify records, and get a tailored travel checklist

After you subscribe to the Digital Pet Passport, add your pet’s information and upload the required records in the app so PadsPass can generate trip-specific requirements.

Once your veterinarian has verified the records you’ve added, you can create a trip to view a tailored checklist.

Plan a trip in the app

  1. Tap the + button in the bottom-right corner.
  2. Select Add Trip.
  3. Enter your origin and destination airports.
  4. Choose your pet-friendly flight (airline/route).
  5. Review the generated requirements for your selected pet(s), dates, and itinerary.

Important notes

  • Requirements can vary by airline, route, season, aircraft, and destination rules, and they may change.
  • If you adjust the dates, airline/flight, route, or pets selected, your requirements may update.

If you think there’s an error in the requirements, email support@padspass.com with your trip details and we’ll review it.
