Why does the app say my pet’s treatment is not verified?
Treatments in PadsPass are only marked as “verified” when the information comes directly from a licensed veterinarian or an official medical record uploaded by your vet.
If you entered the treatment details yourself, the system will show it as “not verified” until it’s confirmed by a professional.
This helps ensure that all health records used for travel or care are accurate and trusted. Don’t worry - your notes are still saved safely in your pet’s profile.
