Why does the app say my pet’s treatment is not verified?
Self-reported treatments are saved but need vet confirmation to be verified
When you add a treatment in PadsPass, it will show as not verified unless it’s been confirmed by a licensed veterinarian or backed by an official medical record from your vet.
A treatment can be marked verified when:
- your veterinarian submits or confirms the information, or
- you upload an official record provided by your veterinary clinic.
If you entered the details yourself, your information is still saved in your pet’s profile — it just won’t display as verified until it’s reviewed by a professional.
