Why does the App Store or Google Play say PadsPass is unavailable in my region?
PadsPass is currently available to download from the App Store and Google Play in the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom.
If you’re seeing “unavailable in your region,” it usually means your App Store / Google Play country or region is set to a country where PadsPass isn’t available yet. Try checking your store’s country/region settings and switching to one of the available regions above (if that’s appropriate for you).
Availability can change over time, so if you’re still having trouble, please reach out to PadsPass Support and include your device type and current country/region setting.
